You can have 4 items maximum on loan at any one time.
You can return all, some, one or even none each visit.
We run Library Open Days once a week, It's up to you how frequently you visit us to return and take out new items.
If you take out 4 game and swap them each week, you would have 16 games a month for £16!

You can keep your items for up to four weeks, then either bring your items back to us or contact us to renew them for four more weeks.
We will only renew each item once. We will not renew items that are subject to a loan time restriction.
You are always wlecome to return items sooner, and take out new items. Making the most of your membership :)
We will contact you if you have items outstnading, and give you untill our next open day to return them.
After this time if we have not been contacted by you or recieved you outstanding items, we will chage you £5 per outstanfding item.
If after 4 weeks from your return date, we have not recieved yout items we will chage you a Replacment fee which is RRP Value of each outstnding item.

Long Answer: Please contact us to arrange a visiting time outside of our Library Open Days. We may not always be able to accommodate arrangements outside of our Open Days.
Stepfree access throughout the entire building and into/inside More Than Board Games Office.
Main entrance door: 74cm single door opening. 154cm double door opening (this may be closed during colder months. A member of the team can open this for you when needed)
More Than Board Games Office door: 90cm.
The library area has a width of 92cm.
Our library shelves start at 40cm from the floor, up to 150cm.
Free, unreserved parking is available directly outside the entrance. There are 2 dropped-curbs outside the building entrance.
We have chairs that are armless, with padded seats and padded backrests, if needed while you wait or browse.
There are Female and Male toilets and a wheelchair access toilet onsite.
A member of our team will be present at all times to assist you if needed.

We cross reference name and account details with the direct debit information, the Library Membership is linked to the Bank Account Holder.
Ultimately, you can share items with others, but all items are the account holders responsibility.
Although we would hope this never happens: we will only close accounts for those who breach our Teams & Conditions.
For Example:
Continuous late payment/late returns
Repeated excessive damage to any of our items
Other reasons may be:
Fraud concerns
Aggressive behaviour to other members or our staff/volunteers
More Than Board Games Community Interest Company holds the right to close the account of any member.
No worries, contact us and we will sort the rest.
We can only cancel your monthly subscription payments if you do not have any items on loan.
